CommuteBoost® is a privacy-first solution that logs how your workforce commutes in the Mobilityways App. It provides high frequency, collective data (never individual), including multi-modal commutes like park and ride.
The flexible rewards engine means you can offer targeted rewards of real value to your employees, to encourage them to log their commute and travel more sustainably. Using employer-led incentives like annual leave, parking spaces, or even merchandise, the cost is smaller to you than cash rewards or discounts.

Interface
The interface for your employees will be branded with your company's colours and logo, to assist with social proofing. 
Rewards
Rewards are distributed through you, the employer, rather than any public rewards scheme, meaning the rewards will be more valuable and tailored to employees e.g. annual leave or a free lunch. Offering internal rewards such as these makes it affordable for you as an employer, and motivating for the employee. 
Commute Log
CommuteBoost can log the following modes of commute: walking, running, cycling, bus, train, car-share and single occupancy vehicle. 
Commute Activity Dashboard
Easily view and access all data in the Commute Activity Dashboard. The Dashboard will be populated with survey data too, while CommuteBoost data will give you brand new oversight into modal shift over time and seasonal trends. 
Certainty Engine
Have more confidence in the data with Certainty Engine. The Engine will assess what mode or modes of travel employees took to work and ask for quick verification – swiftly resulting in extremely high accuracy when determining exactly how your employees are commuting. Thanks to this, Certainty Engine becomes ever more reliable over time.

CHALLENGES
Keep inspiring change all year round
Challenges can be set by you to promote certain initiatives. For instance, if you wanted to use Bike Week as a driver for more employees to cycle to work, you can set a reward for those who cycle a certain number of times that week. Challenges can be daily, weekly, monthly or ongoing.
An employee can look at all the challenges set by you and choose which ones to join. They can also view colleagues who are taking part in the challenge.

How does the app log journeys?
CommuteBoost will only log an employee’s commute to your work location through the Mobilityways App.
The work location is geofenced, meaning CommuteBoost will stop logging their commute when they enter the geofenced location at the end of the journey.
The employee can also opt to log journeys manually and end logging at any time.
The data collection piece is absolutely at the forefront of Zero Carbon Commuting. Without that data we can’t make meaningful choices and we can’t invest in the right places and get the most for our money to get the most benefit out of whatever subsidies we have available.
